From `enableSonatypeOpenSourceSnapshotsRep` to `enableCentralSonatypeSnapshotsRep` (in [gradle.properties](https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-reactive/blob/main/gradle.properties)). It was changed in commit c254ebb as part of the move to Maven Central (hibernate#2305).
This is important to check what verison is actually resolved on the `wip/*` branches, where we test the snapshots, because we use a versions range.

Fix #2333
It also adds a commit to print the resolved Hibernate ORM and Vert.x versions. Useful when building with snapshots and the version is specified using ranges.
